Insurance Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of therapy costs.

If you wish to seek reimbursement, I'll provide a monthly superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. Payment plans available for couples intensives.
