Hello and Welcome!
I'm Sara Nied, MA, LMHC, a licensed therapist with more than 16 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, heal from trauma, strengthen emotional resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in research. I integrate principles from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and somatic nervous system regulation to help clients better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and create lasting change.
Throughout my career, I've worked extensively with couples seeking to repair and strengthen their relationships, individuals navigating relationship uncertainty, betrayal, separation, and divorce, and those healing from unhealthy relationship patterns.
I've also developed extensive curriculum and programming utilized globally focusing on rebuilding self-trust, establishing healthy boundaries, healing attachment wounds, and creating secure, lasting love from the inside out.
I believe meaningful change begins with the relationship you have with yourself. When you understand your patterns, calm your nervous system, and learn to trust yourself again, healthier relationships naturally follow.
Whether you're hoping to repair your relationship, make an important life decision, or heal and move forward after loss, my goal is to provide a supportive, evidence-based space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and create the life and relationships you truly want.
