Does Any of This Sound Familiar...

  • Your primary relationship feels stuck in the same painful arguments, disconnection, or misunderstandings, and you're not sure how to find your way back to each other.

  • Trust has been damaged by betrayal, infidelity, secrecy, or broken promises, and you're longing to heal, rebuild trust, and reconnect.

  • You and your partner are at a crossroads, and at least one of you is struggling to decide whether to repair the relationship, separate, or move forward in a new way.

  • You're navigating a separation or divorce and trying to make thoughtful decisions while managing grief, anger, uncertainty, or overwhelm.

  • Your relationship is facing a major life transition—parenthood, an empty nest, retirement, illness, loss, career changes, evolving identities, changes in relationship structure, or blending families—and you're struggling to adapt.

  • You've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've lost touch with your own needs, intuition, voice, and sense of self.

  • You've been carrying the weight of the world for what feels like forever, and you're ready for support that helps you feel more grounded, hopeful, and clear about what's next.

My Approach

I believe lasting change happens when we address both the emotional experiences happening in the present and the deeper thought and belief patterns that shaped them.

My work integrates attachment theory, nervous system regulation, relationship neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients create meaningful and sustainable change.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both compassionate and direct—someone who can provide emotional support while also helping them see things from a new perspective and take meaningful action.

About Sara

Hi, I'm Sara.

For over 16 years, I've helped individuals and couples navigate some of life's most difficult and transformative seasons—relationship struggles, betrayal, infidelity, divorce, anxiety, attachment wounds, major life transitions, and the complicated realities of being human.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Many of my clients arrive after spending months—or even years—trying to make sense of things on their own.

They've read the books, talked with friends, and worked hard to create change, yet still find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next.

My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply understood, lovingly challenged, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I don't believe therapy should be limited to simply talking about problems. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, emotional reactions, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools and new ways of relating that support lasting change.

In addition to my clinical work, I have spent years studying and teaching the science of healthy relationships, attachment, nervous system regulation, effective communication, emotional resilience, and personal transformation.

My work integrates evidence-based approaches including EFT, CBT, Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, somatic interventions, attachment-focused therapy, and neuroscience-informed approaches to healing and growth.

Whether you're working through a relationship challenge, navigating a major life transition, rebuilding after betrayal, or simply longing to feel more grounded and connected in your life, therapy can provide a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and move forward with intention.

I'd be honored to support you in that process.
